- Full tracking is provided for all international shipments
- Insurance is included for international shipments valued over a
certain amount

Lost or Damaged Items
In the event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping:
- We will file a claim with the shipping carrier within 24 hours
of notification
- All shipments are insured up to the purchase value
- Depending on the circumstances, we will either replace the item
or issue a full refund
- Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for
lost items
- For damaged items, please provide photographs of the damage
within 48 hours of receipt
- For hotel guests, immediate replacement of damaged items may be
available from our shop inventory
Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy for shipped items:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving
the returned item
- Hotel guests may return items to the gift shop directly during
their stay
- Exchange options may be limited for custom or personalized items
